Shipping Your Package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days to 2 weeks after payment is received. They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Packages can also be shipped via Colissimo and delivered with a signature upon receipt.
Packages are delivered to Metropolitan France, DROM (formerly DOM-TOM), European Union member countries, America (Canada, Mexico...) and Asia (Japan, Taiwan and the Philippines). 🇫🇷🇪🇺🇺🇸🇯🇵🇵🇭
Please contact us before selecting this shipping option, as it may incur additional charges. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport fees vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items in one order.
We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items. Box sizes are appropriate, and your items are well-protected. Occasionally, packages may be shipped directly from our suppliers to save time on out-of-stock products.
Returning Your Package
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return items under the following conditions:

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Item Condition:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted.

Return Fees:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us. We will not be held responsible if the product does not arrive at its destination without a signature upon delivery.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Exceptions:
Certain items, such as custom products or sale items, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or due to our error.
