Ilmberger carbon front mudguard BMW R NineT

The carbon front fender by Wunderlich, manufactured by Ilmberger, gives your BMW R NineT a modern and sporty look.

For this high-tech product, Ilmberger uses pre-impregnated carbon fiber matrices. The fiber volume is carefully calculated, and the orientation of the different fiber layers is precisely defined. The matrix is then hand-laminated without any air bubbles and coated twice with a protective layer. An additional clear coat enhances and protects the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure. After curing in an autoclave, the carbon components meet the highest standards and can withstand maximum stress.

This monoblock front fender is 70% lighter than the original three-piece element, providing excellent weather protection. Thanks to its construction using the latest carbon baking techniques, it guarantees exceptional longevity.

It fits directly onto the original front fender mounting points on the fork, ensuring a simple and quick installation.
