The sliders are made from UHMW-PE plastic, a high-performance thermoplastic that offers excellent strength, wear resistance, and dimensional stability for your BMW R12 or R12 NineT. It is more stable than nylon and is widely used in industrial applications such as ball bearings and friction reduction. The bolt is made from grade 12.9 alloy steel, and the aluminum spacer is crafted from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, finished with a UV-resistant anodized dye and sealant.
